1). Processing Fees - 2360/- (Inclusive of GST)
2). Legal Charge - 3500/- (Inclusive of GST)
3). File Charge - 3% + GST
4). Stamping Charges - 0.25%
5). Others Charges - 500/-
6). RTGS/NEFT Charges - (If Loan Amount 1Lac to 3Lac-300/-, If Loan Amount 3Lac to 5Lac-500/-, If Loan Amount 5Lac to 10Lac-700/-)
7). Valuation Charges - 1770/- (Inclusive of GST)
8). Forclose Charges - 8% (Inclusive of GST) (Note:- If forclose before 12 months, 12 months installment and interest will have to be paid.))
9). LPP Charges - If Customer required
10). SOA(Statement of Accounts) Charges - 590/- (Inclusive of GST)
11). LPC(Late Payment Charge) - 4% of Principle Amount Due
12). LOD Charges - 590/- (Inclusive of GST)
